it is absolutely unreasonable to feel this disheartned and sad at work. i think i am drained, completely.

this weekend had moments of fun and interesting conversation, to be sure, skying, shrouding (how goth.) everything was oppressive sadness. it is quite catchy -- especially when it is not your own sadness, but that of one so close and dear that you can do nothing but weep alongside them...or better yet, in the shower, where they can not see.

the strip club was interesting, and there were certainly more strippers than i have ever seen in one room, whether it be a champagne room or not. there was even a little cute gothy grrlie...with buttercup hair... TT and i's personal pick. *grin*

and the movie bones (with the ever-zealous snoop-dog) -- which was entertaining...even a little scary. scary movie wise, i am looking forward to seeing 13 gohsts soon. i do so love a good scare (even a bad one.) *smile*

...and the carmina burana ballet, which was really silly in ways (the choir was monk robed and hanging in a raised platform box...the soloists were also dressed as monks and did this silly flirty thing.) the ballet was pretty cool though, all nekkid body suit clad and writhing around. the music was done very well, soloists included, though the choir was a bit weak on the male side.
