pomegranate juice is way sweet, but as i am sick, a necessary evil.

my creative space in the house is about 10ft by 14ft - three of the walls being mostly window and the other wall a shelving unit and door. this room faces south/SE so the sun factor is out of control. as the room is like a little greenhouse, tt and i installed some simple shelves in the window frames last weekend for starting plants.

i am plant crazy - a vegetable madwoman - a planting and potting powerhouse.

i have 8 2ft trays - that is two per window - full of planted seeds. varieties of tomatoes, beans, peppers, peas, basil, onions, etc. by next weekend i should have a room full of green shoots and life. the perfect inspiration for planting myself at my desk and working on that elusive squidmaid/tree full back tattoo design as well as something for tt b-day. woot!

i hope to have time to squeeze in at least some sketches before the end of february planting extravaganza. i am curious to see what some of the plants do this year. the problem backyard mole seems to have disappeared (lots of vild cats, no?) but i am sure some other pests will be by to kill my garden. (i just vant life, is this too much to ask?)

the creative space still needs some glow in the dark bats dangling and some more decoration, but for the most part 'tis comfy as hell - perfect for doodling. tt and i need to make a blanket fort and have sleepovers in our clubhouse!
