this morning was cleaning out the refrigerator and fanning the fish, feeding and medicating the cats and counting to seven.
i tried in vain to catch that early bus, but if i had i would have missed the old man and his minivan
old man in his minivan
old man minivansomehow that is all comfey on the tongueanyhoo,
i would have missed him fumbling around with coolant then starting the engine without the coolant cap oni would have missed a pretty lime fountain, spouting and spurting all hot springs geyser up and up.
i arrived to work on time regardless, but that earlier bus calls to me like some distant phantom, always slipping by just out of my reach back into the early morning fog.
note to self: sit on left foot when the urge to sit on a foot is presentthe left
my whole leg is aching and cramping a bit this morningi suppose when the goofy, i mean, good doctor told me not to go for walks until the weekend he meant it. walking to the bus stop is usually an easy thing, or walking back from the cageand it did not hurt then. *shrug* i think ill have to take it a little easy today.
as a little green grrl called might may know, one has to take a break from taking care of others (kitties, dingos and fishes included) to pay particular attention and take care of themself.

i have this habit of planting, you see.
i tend to eat fruits and vegetables and upon doing so come across some very interesting seeds. hrm.
what if we could grow a fig treeor a date treeand i simply push the seeds into the soil of the nearest houseplant.usually the seeds do nothing, but this time, my darling TT, we are growing dates!
happy lunch!
