although TT and i did find it quite humorous (NationalPublicRadio) that in Minnesota they are debating whether it violates a fisherman's right to privacy to search and seize within the confines of one's ice-fishing shack. for instance, a shack thrown up on the ice, sometimes as crude as just a tarp tent, protects the rights of the people inside. jesus, they were smoking crack and ice-fishing! there has to be something just wrong about that combination.

i wonder if i could just sit in the park under a beach unbrella and light up? sounds plausible.
