yesterday was another anxiety attack at work (cannot breathe, cannot focus mind, walls closing in, etc.) - perhaps a warning sign of such things is the disassociate feeling i felt in the morning? perhaps. i will have to keep track of such things.

there are unfair things going on here, mostly things i am helpless to change myself - i shall in list TheLady to get me back as i am a bit sick of being the underfish, the benchwarmer, the unappreciated kickass little librarian that i am.
