tt and i are almost done scrambling through this week before we off to Houston for fuckboy and his grrl's wedding - i suppose after they are married it will be fuckboy and fuckgrrl, or fuckboy and grrl or something. heh. i met little fuckboy so very long ago, and he's all grown up now. eeep! does this mean that i too am growing up? (nope.)

i need to get some fishnets for the trip, dye my mane and brows, and pack. unfortunately my tt seems to be ill, some type of throat hurty grogyness - we are holding it at bay as long as possible so as not to spread the plague to Texas. i may have it too, as i had a sinus headache yesterday and today - his sick developes in his throat and mine in the sinus, always. none the less we take our zinc and multis and are drinking lots of fluids. this too shall pass.

i am so nervous about it all - i can only imagine how the happy couple are ...! this is the first wedding my tt and i will be attending after being engaged - perhaps we'll get some ideas (sssh fb and fg, if we steal anything we'll let you know *smile* actually, you will know as you will be at our wedding as well...) *big grin* i have been trying to think of a toast, but will probably be too shy to make a toast in any case - we'll see.

nervous me about spending an entire weekend with people i barely know though ...and in a city i have never been to. *shrug* no worries however, for the weekend is not about me and my anxieties after all, it is about love and loving and smooches and such. i can right arm and stand tall (especially in 4in heels...) and pedal to the metal, etc. etc. perhaps i'll calm down enough to have some freakin fun? i'll gretagarbo like no body's business... especially after a few drinks.

alas - tomorrow morning at 3:45am my tt and i will begin the trip walking eight blocks to the Owlstop, then to Bart, then to AirBart, then through the metal detectors (they love me, for sure), then sweet sweet rest until noon. however am i going to stay awake for the bunnyhoplorette party?
