i am having brazilian meat thoughts�i am thinking about huge spits and fires just roasting and turning and the crispness of toasted edges and all of that brazilian special sauce drip drip dripping down. (not to mention the palm hearts and artichoke salad and and and�)

either that or a veggie burger.

i somehow have to survive until 8pm, and my TT. protein would help, methinks.
