somehow was not able to get to work this morning or yesterday - but was able to have a subdued hooky day with tt. this project work is frustrating me, and after last week's dry run fiasco i needed some time away, just away.

this weekend we watched the madonna concert - goodness so fun, and almost as entertaining as watching the show in person. not as inspiring but fun to see everything at once - although the quick flipping of camera angles annoyed me. peh. she has man arms, but sure is cute in a uber-cut-athlete way. not enough hips for my taste though *grin*

this weekend was also about planting. i have way too many tomatoes in the ground now, and the sweetest little U of peas and beans you ever did see. once i get the onions and chives in, and random bulbs for the pretty, i can start on set two of seedlings (beets and big onions here i come! and poppies...poppies...)

shame there is widespread drought spreading around the world.
