the tree is up, and the kitties are anxious.
last year we waited for the amazing %50 off of everything extravaganza and put our new tree up the day after Xmas - this year we waited until both of us were sick enough and therefore bored enough to have nothing else to distract us away from lugging the tree up from the basement. damn planes and what they do to my throat and immune system...and damn work holiday parties while ill with their oh too tempting freetastik alcohol. needless (needles, pine) to say, i am still recovering.
suck on missing the women's demo at aikido today, but i am careful and selective where i bring the plague. i could go on about the squid, but i desist - i fear i will end up one of those librarians with a tissue tucked up my cuff (better than having to deal with surprise sneezes unprepared.)
